Blair Simpson is a licensed Realtor® serving Middle Tennessee with a focus on the greater Nashville area and Clarksville, TN. She obtained her real estate license in 2019 and is a member of National Association of Realtors and Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors. Blair is a certified agent with Supreme Auctions which specializes in luxury real estate and is an integral part of the EXIT Real Estate Experts team based out of Hermitage, TN.

Blair is originally from Thomasville, Georgia where she and her husband raised their daughter and two sons and owned a martial arts school and several restaurants. Blair has always been an active volunteer, assisting organizations such as the American Red Cross with Disaster Assessment, CASA as a Special Advocate for children in the care of Children Services, tornado and hurricane cleanup/relief, holding callings in her church and riding with the Patriot Guard.

In addition to having owned her own businesses, Blair also worked with a well-established land development company that developed both residential subdivisions and commercial properties and managed commercial leases and residential rentals. This experience planted a seed that has grown into a deep-seated desire to help others find their dream home through the real estate industry. 

Blair holds a Bachelor's Degree in Middle School Education and a Master's in Reading Education from Thomas University. She utilizes her teaching background to thoroughly educate her buyers, sellers and investors so they can make informed decisions in a constantly changing market. Blair specializes in meeting the needs of our heroes, especially our teachers and our military.
